Water Heaters:
Radiant offers a $100 rebate on standard electric water heaters and $150 rebate on lifetime electric water heaters. Waters heaters must meet the following qualifying standards: 40 gallons minimum capacity, water heaters less than 60 gallons must have a minimum energy factor (EF) of .93. Water heaters larger than 60 gallons must have a minimum EF of .91. Make, model and proof of purchase is required.
Air-Source Heat Pumps:
Radiant offers rebates on Energy Star heat pumps. Rebates are $100 per ton for Energy Star rating (14.5 SEER), $150 per ton for Energy Star plus 1 SEER, and $200 per ton for Energy Star plus 2 SEER. Air-source heat pumps must be a minimum of 2 tons, 14.5 seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER) and Minimum heating season performance (HSPF) of 8.2. Make, model and proof of purchase is required. Energy Star ratings are subject to change and will be adjusted accordingly as changes occur.
Ground-Source Heat Pumps:
Ground source heat pumps must be a minimum of 2 tons. Rebate amounts are $125 per one-half ton. Closed loop systems must have a minimum coefficient of performance (COP) of 3.3 and a minimum energy efficiency ratio (EER) of 14.1 Open loop systems must have a minimum COP of 3.6 and minimum EER of 16.2. Make, model, and proof of purchase is required.
