Statewide service organization serving thirty-two Kansas REC's. The statewide organization directs legislative efforts, REC employee and safety programs, offers printing, legal, rate and regulatory services and assists in coordination of other Rural Electric Coop services.
   
KANSAS ELECTRIC POWER COOPERATIVE, INC.
Radiant Electric Coop, along with nineteen other REC's in Central and Eastern Kansas formed KEPCo for the purpose of providing a reliable long term power supplier. KEPCo, as this power supplier will provide a consistent long term source of electricity at reasonable rates.

The Electric Program of USDA's Rural Utilities Service (RUS) provides leadership and capital to upgrade, expand, maintain, and replace America's vast rural electric infrastructure.
   
NATIONAL RURAL UTILITIES COOPERATIVE FINANCE CORP. CFC
is a national organization of over 850 rural electrics in America. Founded in 1969, it provides loans to supplement REA loans. CFC was needed because Congress provides REA with less than half the $900 million requested annually.
